Connection Problem

I've asked several time about my connection problem in the forums in both android and App store. But there is no response. I am wonder that the App is work fine in few devices. On the other hand most of them doesn't work.

Please try to find a solution for me. I published the Apps before 4 months. But I did not benefit from it.
