Per your other thread, I've created a JIRA for these. Support Staff cannot make code modifications and fix errors like this. They must be reviewed by the developers.

View crashes & application not responding (ANR) errors

Using the Google Play Developer Console, you can view data for crashes and application not responding (ANR) errors for your apps. On the Developer Console, data is available for the previous six months.
Here's where to find your data:
    1. Sign in to your Google Play Developer Console.
    2. Click All applications.
    3. Select an app.
    4. On the left menu, select Crashes & ANRs.
      • Near the middle of your screen, use the filters to help you find and diagnose issues.

    Crashes

If your app crashes, users can send in bug reports using the crash dialog that appears on their device.
When users report a crash, they can send a report to help you diagnose the issue, along with any user-added messages. You can view this information on your Developer Console.
Your statistics don’t include crashes that aren’t reported by users.
    Application not responding (ANR)

If your app stops responding, users get a dialog that allows them to wait or close the app. When these dialogs appear, they're known as "Application not responding" errors or ANRs. ANR data is only available on your Google Play Developer Console.
To help you troubleshoot these issues, you can use your Developer Console ANR data to help you find the type of issue, location information, and how often the errors have occurred.
Your ANR statistics include all instances that are reported by users.
Download reports from Google Cloud Storage

You can access and download reports as CSV files from Google Cloud Storage. Reports are generated daily and accumulated in monthly CSV files.
