    certificate name you would find in: Finder > Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access > My Certificates >

    What/where is "profile.mobileprovision"?
    Where do I find the "certificate name"?

    This worked perfectly.. thanks. We've now got both of our iOS apps uploaded and now awaiting review.

    Users on Snow Leopard with Xcode 4.2, please see the attached re-sign tool to properly sign your apps. We will be updating the mobile publisher itself to package the new re-signing tool, but you can download it here so you won't have to re-build your app again.

    We are currently looking into the issue. If you need to sign your app immediately you can use the old re-sign method using the attached tools.zip file.

    Also, just a note that this only affects users on Snow Leopard with Xcode 4.2!

    Plus you cant upload anything to app store using developer previews of XCode.

    no mac dev access.. only iOS and it doesn't offer the beta/preview so we're stuck looking for and requesting a solution for Xcode 4.2 for Snow Leopard.
