Can you post a picture with the ios app?

I have the new ios vb app, I think it is the 1.4 version. I was trying to post a picture to another thread today and could not do it. I just tried to create this thread from it with a picture and could not put a picture in. The blue and white plus sign is grayed out for me. Anyone else see this?

I can't do this in the edit post screen as well.

Running into this issue do to a required field not met.

Running into this issue do to a required field not met.

The only field I can type something in is title. The rest are grayed out along with the plus sign.

I did not have an issue with this in the previous version of the apple app.
