No Includes/XML dir. on my server

Trying to upgrade my IPB 2.2 to VB3.5. I am to the point where I copy the navi file "to the includes/xml directory on your server."

My server doesn't have a includes folder, much less an XML folder I can find.

Currently a linux server on no monthlyfees.com


Any ideas where to put this file so I can access it and begin my migration?
