    Greetings,

I am importing phpbb 2.0.22 to vb 4.1. My question

If my source forum is at domain.com/forum/ and I want my new vbulletin install to, once imported, be at domain.com/forum/ do I:

    1. Install the vBulletin and impex at domain.com/test/ and later move it to /forum/

    2. Install the vBulletin and impex at domain.com/forum/ (won't this cause issues with the phpbb2 files?)

    3. Something else?

    Thank you!

If your phpBB is already installed in forum' then either rename that directory to something else and install vB to 'forum' or install vB somewhere else and change this later.

Sounds good. I am installing the vBulletin in domain.com/v2 -- once I am ready to move it to domain.com/forum/ what steps do I have to take? Please note we have 75,000 members and the database is 1 gig.

        When you're ready:

        - update the Forum URL value in AdminCP > Settings > Options > Site Name / URL / Contact Details
        - then rename the directory to 'forum'
        Vote for:

        - *Admin Settable Paid Subscription Reminder Timeframe*
        -
*PM - Add ability to reply to originator only*
        - Add Admin ability to auto-subscribe users to specific channel(s)
        - "Quick Route" Interface...

I did this and now nobody can login successfully. Help please!

One mistake I made was the url of the forum is now forum.domain.com not domain.com/forum/

          Thanks!

*edit* Things I've tried that have not worked:

          1. Changing the cookie domain
          2. Resetting cookie domain via tools.php
          3. Completely removing everything in my .htaccess
