Galleon Forums to vBulletin?

I checked and do not see support for importing a Galleon Forums database into a vBulletin database.

The forum software is running Galleon Forums V2.2.4 and I would like to migrate it over to vBulletin 3.8 or 4.

How can I get a script for the Impex Import System?

Sorry but we do not have an imported for that. You would have to find someone to write one for you. You can try posting in the 'Requests for Paid Services' forum at vbulletin.org for help with this:
