So the short term road map would be :
    • Continue evolving CMS API in ImpEx and supporting Tier 1 & 2. (ongoing)
    • Joomla (working on atm)
    • Wordpress
    • MovableType

    That's it at the moment

You said, Working with Joomla ATM. Its been almost 6 Months.. Does that mean Joomla is supported / we can use ImpEX to Import Joomla? Or is it still under development? Then how long are we all to wait?

of course i did it but the first response i recived has been "did you follow every step of the impex guide?"
and the second "that's a known issue, we are working on the attachments module" so i think the problems with the attachments and with the rest of the modules of phpbb are still not working

just have a look at these threads without any solution by the vbteam

So I guess we're not going to get PHP-Nuke any time soon?

I guess I should start on doing it myself manually, then, since I paid for a vBulletin license a few months ago and want to get my site onto it sometime this year... At least the forums in PHP-Nuke are based on phpBB2, so I should be able to partially import, at least...

Maybe I can convert it to Drupal first and then run impex on that ( http://drupal.org/node/498 ), but I'm not optimistic about that.

I just purchased the VB Suite, and I am hoping for a phpbb3 import for VB4. Is that in the cards any time soon?

doh, when I said it wouldn't be a new version for a while, what I actually meant to say was that there will be new version out in 4 days

Jerry, is the download in the members area version 1.95 as the readme says 1.94 and the zip file size is the same as 1.94.

It is possible to put the version number on the download page in the members area, so it is easy to know which version it is - thanks.
