IPB; 1969 Dates and No posts, only announcements

I have run the impex tool for my conversion of IPB 2.x --VB3.8 and seem to keep having the same problem

When i go to my forums .. only the announcements and stickys are available, but the posts counts are all correct. (2K posts in offtopic but no threads are showing)

Im not sure what to do at this point..

Did the import modules show they were imported? If so then please follow the 'After the Import' instructions here:

Thanks, at that point i had done that multiple times. We have things sorta sorted out.
Its still screwy, but we are working thru it.
