Convert phpBB3 to VB3 (forumid, postid,..)

I try to convert from PhpBB3 to VB 3.8.

But on BB3 i have some forum as forumid 1 link was cca viewforum=1

But after IMPEX i have this same forum as ID 17 and link is f=17

if i want to use mod revrite to redirect old links its is impossible do it if same item has another ID.

Is possible to do IMPEX with same post, forum, topic ID?

No you can't do that for many reasons, check out the link in my sig which will explain how to deal with old incoming links.
