I have a vbulletin forum to merge with two Mybb, is it possible to import the posts/threads and members from the two Mybb to vbulletin?

Yes it is. Please view the multiple import instructions here:

Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)

Thanks for the response. Another question: I have a few users who have accounts on all the three forums, so is it possible to merge users after the import is done? Or user merging can be done before the import?

        You can do it after:

Admin CP -> Users -> Merge Users

Just remember to ask your memebers which account is theirs. Some users have alter-egos, so yeah.

I see. Well what if one of the partner uses another vbulletin forum? Can two vbulletin forums be merged? My partner has a .sql file of the database, what can I do about it? Sorry for my keeping raising questions in this thread.

Please wait at least 12 hours before bumping questions. Yes you can do multiple merges, or merge two forums together.

I see, but there is a problem I am having. One of the partner already had her forum shut down, and all she has left is a database .sql file. I'd like to merge the users and threads/posts with hers from the database .sql file, so is this possible?

You need to restore the sql file into a database before you can do the merge, but it is possible to import assuming that the sql database is infact.

I see, this is getting a little bit complicated. Can a VB staff help me merge the two database .sql files I have? I can upload them right now?

No, we do not provide an import service.

The impex instructions are not that complicated, just take them one step at a time.

But how can I restore that .sql to a database? I only have one server and forum. It would be hard for me to build up another website and forum, import the .sql file to the database and shut it down after the merge is completed.

I think you're getting confused and overcomplicating things.

Restoring a database is fairly simple, there are several ways to do that.

Thanks for your help. The situation is that my forum is still running, but my partners forum does not exist anymore. I want to merge the database with hers, but it appears that she only has a .sql file left.

So all I need to do is to download her .sql file, restore it to a new database on phpmyadmin and import it to my forum?
