  • import fail log

    is there any log for fail import ?

    when doing importing, i encounter some fail import for some post, pm, poll, etc ...

    is there any log for me to trace which are the record that fail to import, so that i can fixed it ?

    Any advise how can i trace if there isnt such logging system.

    No sorry there is no such log. It certainly would be a nice option to have though.

      after reading the code ... actually there is option for fail import trace.

      just for the benefit of others.

      - in the ImpExConfig.php, set the following to true

      define('impexdebug', true);

      - go to your vbulletin database, check the table imprexerror

          I put that in for developer debug (i.e. to help me) with a mind to build a front end that could help customers, though never did so don't advertise the fact that it's there as it would confuse more than help most
          I wrote ImpEx.
