Users Banned?

When I converted (test convert) and the other admins password was added, he tried to login. It is telling him though that he is banned. I went through the admin and made sure no one was banned. Can this be fixed some how?

Interesting. I did those steps, however I just ignored messing with the settings to the usergroups part. When I changed him from the custom "admin" usergroup to the administrators it fixed. Thanks!
