A few issues: avatars & smilies

Hello

I just did a test import, everything looks ok except for the avatars and smilies.

Avatars didn't get imported.

The URL for smilies is not correct:

http://194.110.221.106/~offtopic/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/Various_Artists-whistling.gif

How can I make sure this will be ok when doing the real import? What do I need to change in the process?
