Importing help please

I just installed Vbulletin this evening and am trying to import from my PHPBB2 board. I got impex installed and it appears that everything is copying over to the new database correctly (I am not getting any errors) and it is showing that it's moving data. However there is absolutely nothing showing on my new board. No user's, no posts, no nothing can someone please help?

Steve thanks for the help so far. I did get the original board to come up but I still cannot get the users to show up. Any further advice would be greatly appreciated..

I think I figured it out I just have to go in and activate there accounts luckily I don't have alot of member yet

Well I thought I had this figured out last night but only partially. I can now see all of the users in the members listing but the number of members is still showing as 0 at the bottom of the main page? Has anyone else had this problem?

Then this means the import was not successful. What are the results of the import modules?
