  • Step 1 Failed

    Source - vBulletin 3.5.0
    Target - vBulletin 3.7.0
    Module - 001 - Database

    I started the first Module and it goes so fast I can't see any errors or anything but it says Failed when it's finished. So I can't move on to any other Modules.

    First question is why are you importing and not upgrading ?

    Second, there will be an error at the bottom of the 001 page, what is it ?

      1. - It was a friends vBulletin and he's no where to be found so I was left to run my website without being able to just upgrade his license

      2. - That page goes sooooo Fast I can't read what it says at the bottom. After I hit the module button it loads the next page goes so fast I can't scroll to the bottom to see anything.

        If you have access to the source database, the best solution would be to upgrade that using the vBulletin upgrade script. It doesn't matter what files originally put the data into the database.

          001 dosen't auto refresh, only the rest of the modules.

          There must be an error in 001.

          And as Wayne said, upgrade, don't import.

            I could video it for you but it goes so fast it's a blink of an eye.

            So you're telling me to just upgrade it. I think I could do that then. Then I'll move that to the forum folder since that's why I started this process. Thanks.

              Then it can't be module 001 as that dosen't auto refresh.

              Set this in your ImpExConfig.php :

              PHP Code:
              define('step_through'true);
