phpbb2 to VB 3.7 backup DB question.

Right now I have access to the the PHPBB forums admin control panel. I click on backup DB and it gives me 3 options. Full Backup, Structure, or Data. Which of these three do I need to pick?

Full.

You'll to recreate that database where ever ImpEx and vBulletin is, so that it can be the source, so you'll need the structure and data (which is a full backup).
