    I have not answer of a ticket

    I think something weird is happen now, because i have around 4 days without a response in a yahoogroups import process.

    Ticket is SID-780976-xxxxxx] or Ticketid: 780976

    I contact your sales area because i have a good reference about your impex process. I follow all the data or indications you say, my mysql database is full loaded with the FIRST 5 groups data, and i am stucked now in the first pass of the process.

    The 14, 4 Days ago, i receive a petition of my FTP info, and i give, Now, four days Later, no response.

    I had a 60 -70 Groups to import, but, wany know the advise of what i need do Now. This is a break - holiday time, and good time for me for do all the 60 groups matter, but , i think is reasonable ask for a response of a 4 days no news time.
