Doesnt Work!! Slows Down and Freezes... when i get to the Posts

Hello, I have bought Vbulletin for purpose of importing over my phpbb3 forum to vb.

I have been reading and reading in order to get this stuff to work,

I only have the phpbb3 folder in systems....

I have :

PHP Max Post Size 34.31 MB

PHP Memory Limit 35.00 MB

PHP Maximum Upload Size 34.31 MB

MySQL Version 5.0.45-community-log

MySQL Packet Size 16.00 MB


I am doing a Clean install, from phpbb3 to Vb3.6 with latest ImpEx build version : 1.86

The Source forum database is not big, it weighs in at around 60mb and there are just 26,781 posts and 1160 threads
Everything is fine until I get to Posts. For some reason, everything SLOWS down and stops. I have repeatedly tried but, always at some stage it messes up.

I hope I can get some help here,
