Duplicate members?

With a clean import and the user module being run once there should only be one copy of the users, unless the import id's were removed and the the module run again.

Getting some more details from the person who did the import is the way to go yes

1. phpBB3, sorry for not mentioning

2. Not sure I didnt actually operate the import process..ill ask the guy who did (y partner)

3. No the users did not re-register, but their password was reset.

A clean import from phpBB2 ?

During the import was the user module run more than once ? Did ImpEx report any failures during the import ?

Did the users re-register ?

All the members who have posted appear to have been duplicated...Its hard to explain but il give it my best shot.

The number of members at the bottom is what should be, and when you go on memberlist there are no duplicate members, but allthe posts that were made on the old forum (phpbb) dont appear to be members..ill show you a screen shot:


So is this common? How can it be fixed?
