Error: Custom tables and Check permissions

I'm using Impex to migrate a board from PostNuke to vB. I'm at the step where I remove all the import folders for those systems which I'm not using such as IPB, vB2, UBB, etc. I don't see a folder named PostNuke though, so what should I keep and what should I remove?

If you have all red tables, i.e. none correct this could possible be your table prefix :

nuke_
Failed Check database permissions and connection, or table prefix to ensure its correct

Not all the tables were red, just the ones listed. There were several that said "OK".

Where do I need to start looking for solving this issue?

Have you set up your table prefix, it claims there that it should be "nuke_" .

I didn't know I needed one. There isn't anything in the Terminology section of the manual about table prefixes. Maybe I missed this part of the manual?
