Members can't login after Import

First, please note that since IPB passwords are encrypted, they cannot be imported. Your users will need to reset their passwords after the import. You can read more about this here:

Seccond, the 'banned' message is because you did not follow the 'After the Import' instructions here:

I did exactly what in there at impex_cleanup tuto.. members are not getting the banned message anymore.
Anyway, Do I have to manually reset their password or there is a automated way to do this or members have to reset their password themselves using the lost password page?

Hello..
My existing as well as imported members can't login after a import from IPB 2.3.1
and the member ID is also messed up here : http://www.dreamstrikes.com/memberlist.php

They are getting banned message or password incorrect message.
Please help as soon as possible.
