I got it working. I think my real problem is that my changes to ImpExConfig.php weren't taking. I restarted IIS and things worked.

With that error, it means that the function isn't in the PHP build.
Possiably pconneect is, try this in your ImpExConfig :
PHP Code:$impexconfig['target']['persistent'] = true;
...
$impexconfig['source']['persistent'] = true;

Problem Connecting ImpEx
I receive the following error when I attempt to run ImpEx:
function mysql_connect() called though not supported in thie PHP build
I select Import > Import from the left navigation, enter my customer id, and I get the message above. I've triple checked the source & target info in ImpExConfig.php. I've carefully reviewed the information in the Config.php file. I've reviewed the details of PHP.ini and made sure that the mysql & mysqli extensions are active. All other aspects of vBulletin appear to work well.
If it matters, I'm running IIS on Windows Server 2003.
Can anyone help me out?
