IPB 1.3 import: problem with PM and images

Hi,

We have imported a IPB v1.3 successfully yesterday. However we still have a few things to correct.

The PM messages were all imported to the system, but now by default all the users have the PM system turned off. So a lot of them freak out and ask us where are their messages. I know it is possible for them to switch the PM system to ON in their User CP, but it's difficult to explain this to 26000 users. Is their a way to change the default for everyone?

The other thing is that all the "Visible Post Elements" options in the User CP are now turned off. Is there also a way to switch this On to everybody?

AdminCP -> Maintenance -> Execute SQL Query -> Automatic Query
