Impex imported all of my sticky posts from phpBB as stickies, but it also imported my announcements as stickies. Is there a way to import the announcements as announcements?

Oh well. I'll have to sit here and sort the announcment from the stickies and then put them back in manually.

Does VB 5 have the facility to auto generate announcements to individuals who haven't joined any groups in an allotted time period or a given number of posts?
