mybb-> Vb ımpex problem

Hi,
I want to made my forum from mybb to vbulletin
I set up implex and made all processes correctly but when I upload database I encounter that turkish characters make problems, like that: "Özel Üyeler" seems "Özel Ãœyeler" in database. How can I solve that problem?

Try this. Edit impex/db_mysql.php and change this line:

$query_id = $query_type(utf8_encode($query_string), $this->link_id);

To this:

$query_id = $query_type($query_string, $this->link_id);

Then redo the import. Let me know if that works.

I did forum vbulletin and now it works perfectly but when I'm setting it up, it gave that error:

but after that error nothing goes bad, everthing is ok

That is correct, that means ImpEx found the source tables it was looking for.

If your members list is empty after an import you probally haven't deal with the usergroups :

Ok fixed the users and now they are listed but they cannot login. Wrong pass

We imported data from MyBB to vB and have problams still..

MyBB was latin5_turkish_ci ; after impex in vB some turkish characters missed; for example;

ö -> ö
İ -> Ä°
ı -> ı
Ü -> Ã?

etc..

what should we do ?
