when i open a thread it takes me to "HOW TO" forum page where jerry is telling that how to use impex in a thread ! forexample

    http://www.muskurahatforums.com/vb/showthread.php?t=3944

i have also refreshed the stats and every step in the forum mantainance.

total number of posts and threads are showing correct but number of members are 0 (zero) .

On that maintenance page, update all the settings related to users. I did that and my users showed up.
          Onwards,

If what Matt suggested doesn't work, fill out a support ticket at:

            http://members.vbulletin.com/members...ontactform.php

Please include a complete description of the problem and be sure to include the login info to your Admin CP, phpMyAdmin and FTP in the 'Sensitive Data' field.
