Usergroup in limbo (can't migrate users)

I've more or less successfully imported a discrete .sql file to an empty database using mysqldumper (really nice utility, btw!), and I've been able to use the prune/move utility to get all the previous Ikonboard members to their respective VB group counterparts, except for one.

For some reason, the VB group "Users Awaiting Email Confirmation" does not appear in the selection menu when attempting to migrate some 110 pending users from the old Ikonboard "Awaiting Authorization" group.

Can anyone help?
