problem with PMs

after clicking the 'Start Module' button for 'Import Private messages', the script times out showing the following msg after some time:

'The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings. '

i've even increased the apache timeout to 2 minutes, including the php max execution time, still the script times out.

Resolved in ticket by raising the Apache and PHP timeout settings.
