Getting Impex to work...am I missing something?

Guy's need some help here. I did all the required steps and uploaded the files to my web server but when I go into admincp and try to fire off the import I get a page not found error.

What is the correct directory structure supposed to look like?

My VBulletin is in:

\forum

The instructions say to put it in your main forum directory which would be \forum

The instructions also say it should be in the same directory as \admincp

Whatever it is, it's not working. Can someone please give me a correct directory breakdown where everything needs to go?

impex and its subfolders need to be inside of the forums directory.

The files and folders inside of the upload folder should be uploaded to your root forum directory.
