Import from UseBB ?

Hi,

I have never played or tested the import fuction in vB.

First I want to use a free forum to see if my new site will have any success, if it does I want to switch over to Vb. So now I want to know if it is possible to import data from a UseBB forum into vB.

Inside of Impex in the folder “system” there are 2 folders with the Ubb_classic name and Ubb_threads must see if they are reported to your forum.

No, UseBB isn't currently supported.
If you have access to data files or a database backup you can open a support ticket asking for Jerry, so that he can evaluate if there's enough demand for an importer.

I currenty am not using any free forum software.

Is this the current list (topic 1) of scripts that can be converted into vB?

ETA: btw, am I correct about the following?:
- any mods installed on/with phpbb won't be imported into vB, right? Only the regular things mentioned in the manual.

I think attachments would be imported, but other than that not.
