Avatars wont transfer

Hey guys,

I am trying to get my avatars up and running:
atm I tried to import them from /home/username/public_html/bakimages/avatars

However this doesnt seem to do anythin, when I click on the avatars section in ACP nothing shows up.

my avatars directory is like this :

The 162.....jpg, are the current used avatars used in phpbb2, any help would be appreciated, and I would like to say the support I have had has been excellent.

Which version of phpBB ?

Have you SSH'ed to the server and run "pwd" to ensure that is the correct path.
