Problem with smilies, vB 3.5.3 to 3.5.3

Overall the impex system works great, although there is one problem where the custom smilies aren't showing up. I copied them from the old_board/images/smilies to new_board/images/smilies, but they still do not show up in posts. All I get is :smiley_example: not

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

yes they do under imported smilies

How do you rebuild the post cache? Some of our posters are unable to use smilies too.

Admincp > Maintenance > Update Counters > Rebuild Post Cache
