Password Case Sesitive after import

I've imported Users DB from Snitz. but when I try to login with one the users, the password field is CASE SENSITIVE!! This is a problem! how Do I Can Cancel The case sensitive?

We're Using Microsoft Windows Server 2003, And When We've used SNITZ, Case sensitive was off.

Paasswords are always case-sensitive as far as I'm aaware. There is no place to change this in vB.
