Updateing parent ids...

I have imported 1,270,000 posts from phpBB to vb, and its sitting at:

Updateing parent ids to allow for a threaded view....

How long does this usually take... it took 6 hours to import the posts, its going on an hour now of saying that at the bottom of the script..

There's no way to give you an exact number or even a guess, but if posts to 6 hours to import, then I imagine this will also take a bit of time to complete.

Ahh, i think the script just ended my session...so i just rebuilting again..seems to be ok

1.2 million posts will take a long time to update the parent id's, best run impex standalone so it dosn't time out.
