    Found the problem.
.htaccess file left over from previous phpbb install with some rewrite rules in it that didn't need to be there.

    Problem is solved.

    Apache error logs indicate:

File does not exist: /home/httpd/vhosts/XXXXX.com/httpdocs/forum.html, referer: http://www.XXXXX.com/

Is a forumdisplay.php?f=somenumber supposed to redirect to forum.html?

This is from just clicking on one of the forum categories, resulting in a link like domain.com/forumdisplay.php?f=18

A 404 error from the server meaning the source file isn't there ?

Is this from following a link with in a post or from one of the menus in vBulletin ?

started a topic phpbb2 to vb3 "file not found"

phpbb2 to vb3 "file not found"

We've tested it out several times, everything appears to be imported without issue.

Ran the necessary thread/forum updates after the imports, we can see all of the forum categories and what not, just clicking on a particular forum category which results in a ?f=somenumber but lists 'file cannot be found.'
widgetinstance 262 (Related Topics) skipped due to lack of content & hide_module_if_empty option.
