Nothing below "Select Source Board"

I'm trying to import VB 3.0.4 database to a VB 3.0.4 board, but the Select Source Board comes up with nothing. I did a search in this forum but didn't see anything regarding that. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Have you removed the folders from impex/system that you don't need ?

The next question is how do I import a backed up SQL from a VB3 board? I tried to connect directly to the remote SQL server and that didn't work, tried to specify it as a local name in ImpExConfig.php and that didn't work either. Any suggestions?

I did a search and somewhat found my answer. I guess you can't do a database restore from VB AdminCP, have to log into my Shell account and do a command line restore from there. Wow, a bit harder than I thought.
