Issue with 'Send' and 'Like' buttons

I recently installed (with some help) the Facebook App. It's working reasonably well, but noticed several issues when I'm in a thread and click the 'Send' button:

1. I get a white page with nothing on it
2. Clicking on 'Send' opens up a tab that actually says 'Like' (which seems odd)

I'm honestly not entirely sure what the purpose of the 'Send' button is supposed to be, but since it doesn't do anything (other than the above when I click it) haven't gotten around to figuring out the purpose yet

I also have a question about the 'Like' button. When I click it within a thread, what I would have expected to happen is for it to post on my Facebook wall specifying that I liked that particular thread. What I get instead is a wall post saying I 'Like' my general forum, along with the generic forum description. I don't think that's what's supposed to happen, but I'm not sure.

Do you have vbseo installed? Are the "likes" you mention from vbseo or facebook?

Send button is there to send your thread links/content as Facebook messages. Even I had the same issue with the like button, but the tutorial given in the link which I gave you solved it. So first follow those instruction, and I'm sure you'll be happy.

No - we don't have vbseo installed. I'm referencing the 'Like' button within a thread the intent of which (I believe) is to post that someone reading a thread 'likes' that thread on their Facebook wall. Instead, it posts that the member 'likes' the general site (which kind of makes having the 'Like' button in every thread meaningless). There is already an improvement suggestion made to correct this.

No offense - I appreciate any response (I'm starting to see why vbulletin.org exists now) but those are just the install instructions. I've got it successfully installed. This is a functionality/performance issue. There's not even a mention of specific features (like the 'Send' function) in that document unless I'm missing something.

Can you shoe me a screen shot of the problems you're running into? I'm not quite sure what you're talking about honestly.

If u got it installed correctly, then it should work properly. I'm telling you because I had the same issue with my app and it happened because I didn't follow those instructions. That document mentions nothing about the 'send' function, yeah that's true. What I told you is what happened to me-my knowledge. Most probably this is something to do with your "app name-space". I'm sorry if my answers don't help you at all. I just wanted to help because I faced the same issue once.
