OK, so my site people mostly respond to threads rather than create new posts.

However, the post to threads aren't showing up in ALL ACTIVITY
Even if I select NEWEST / ALL from the dropdowns, I get one or two new threads but mostly older threads.

my app is backalleynoircom if you want to see examples.

The app is basically useless since I can't rely on the app to actually show the daily activity on the messageboard (backalleynoir.com)

any ideas?

so no reply? I have to live with my new posts not showing up on the app? I understood that this app would have all the functionality as going to my page.

But: You have no idea what the new posts are.
You can go to the FORUM tab and browse like the the regular page BUT the sticky threads show up first but aren't identified as sticky making it hard to distinguish them from threads with new posts at the top of the stack. Even a darn what's new tab would be great.

Honestly, it's my fault. Had I known it just looks pretty but there's no way to see new posts makes this USELESS.

Go ahead and prove me wrong and I'll retract it but that function is just not available. I see plenty of threads here asking for more features. What I would like is the thing to work like it states. People could log on to facebook and use the app and never have to go to the site... It's just not true.

Sticky threads are identified as sticky. If you do not see the sticky identification, it's a bug and should be reported, with browser and OS versions.

I've taken a look at your forum, and it does look like there's a bug somewhere, where the newest posts aren't showing up in the Facebook app. It would help us if you'd open a new ticket in JIRA for this, as your old one with all the problems wasn't specific enough.
