I answered your ticket but there is no link to the app within the Facebook framework provided so we can't really do anything.

Just rebuilt httpd.conf - no luck.
Just tried using IE and FF - no luck.
    Any other suggestions?

I opened up a ticket with support this morning.. but haven't heard back.

Yes I do, so it might be a matter of using the rebuild httpd.conf script, but as I say, I was panicking, so can't remember what fixed it.

(I do know that Chrome was being a bastard, and only when I opened a new window did it work, even once it was working on IE.)

Do you run with cPanel? I was under the impression that it's all handled. Hm. I'll try to take a look later. Thanks.

I can't remember exactly what I did to fix it in my mad scramble, but I think it had something to do with httpd.conf.

Do I need to reconfigure the root for a SSL installation? The site is still accessible via https and http.

As for DNS, it was switched 3 days ago, with TTL set to 30 min since 1 week ago.

Have you configured your server's httpd.conf to reflect the new root directory?

Or, it may be a case of needing to wait for DNS to replicate. I can't remember which. Maybe both.

For 1), did you happen to move the site to a static IP recently?

I just tried again with the site URL and it still doesn't work. I also noticed a few things that might help with diagnosing my problem:

    1) When I added the SSL cert to my domain, I noticed that the homepage (http://forum.codecall.net/) now redirects to (http://forum.codecall.net/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi). The redirect is a cPanel page, so I'm not clear how that happened when the SSL was installed.

    2) When I tried to access /apps/fb/deauthorize.php, the page returns a 404 instead of a 200 like /apps/fb/index.php

    3) I had installed the FB Connect prior to this and follow the steps to setup the app page. As far as I can see, nothing changed after I added the FB App module even thought I updated the FB app information on FB site.

    4) I also noticed that my DB started to crash periodically ever since I updated to 4.1.7.

I will send this, along with login info, via a support ticket.

    Thanks,
    Roger

Site URL needs to be the URL to your forums. You can't access the app via a browser, it's only available via Facebook so you should get a blank page when visiting directly.

If, after making this change it's still not working, please fill out a support ticket at:

    http://members.vbulletin.com/members...ontactform.php

Please include a complete description of the problem and be sure to include the login info to your Admin CP, phpMyAdmin and FTP in the 'Sensitive Data' field.
