When accessing app I get a blank screen

I have went over the settings and install instructions several times and just cant see what I have missed. But there must be something. When I try my app on facebook I dont get prompted to allow my account access and it just displays a blank screen.

I am trying to test it using a self signed cert, my site is accessible via https if I add the cert into Firefox, though when accessing the Facebook app directly I get a blank page too.

I get this and according to my host the .htaccess from VBSEO is interfering with the Https.

I am using the newest IE and Firefox.. Either one does not show anything. To me it is just blank and keeps refreshing? I can see the VB page and everything works great I think as it should be. Why would mine be different?

If your htaccess contains a line restricting your site to www or non-www, then you just need to put an htaccess in the /apps/fb/ directory with the words "RewriteEngine Off" (no quotes) to stop the redirect for that folder.

On thing that helped me was the advanced settings in the facebook app.

Set "signed_request for Canvas:" to Enabled
