I dont think a screenshot will provide much information, I will try and get one up tomorrow...

The Facebook page is loading however, where the App canvas should be it is blank. Then the page just keeps refreshing.

Oh I must add, the permission box pops up, I click allow and then I get what's described above.

I'm using 7.0.1 and don't have that problem with my own or vbulletin.com. Now when I go to your app, I get the no permissions screen as I'm not registered:

Can you disconnect from FB on your site and try access again - do you get this or the constant reload still?

Yes - you must be associated.

What I was meaning was if you have your FB account connected to your website user account, disconnect to see if you get the same result as I do.
