[Forum] Convert language unicod to UTF-8

    Hi,

I did fresh install of vB4 on a UTF-8 database and for a reason the new added language pack does`t convert the charset to UTF-8 and result of weird symbols instead of the real words.
I`m pretty sure there a tweak to let words show OK.

    DB collation: utf8_unicode_ci
    Language: vbulletin4.2.5-Ar_language-SUITE - UTF8

In Settings > Options > Friendly URLs > Friendly URL Unicode
There a Convert to UTF-8 for URL

Is there option to do it for words so they appear normal in the forum?\

    Thanks.

vBulletin 4 doesn't actually support Unicode. Your language should have an HTML Character Set of Windows-1256 defined in the AdminCP under Languages & Phrases → Language Manager.

It does`t matter the defer, as the forum appear normally right. Tried to convert DB Unicode to utfmp4_general_ci was success. No issues using current collation for now.
