Hi I am having problem with loading my forum when I talk to my hosting they said my forum having php-fpm to spike My hosting said v bulletin forum making php-fpm to spike and my server load hitting high please any one help me Thank you in advance.

Are your hosts aware that vBulletin is commercial forum software that runs on tens of thousands of sites worldwide without issue?

This is a classic tactic by hosts to deflect responsibility from the fact they most likely have oversold servers.

What are they actually saying the problem is? What is the specific code or operation they claim is causing problems?

Do you have any third party add-ons? Some of these, for example shoutboxes, can be very resource intensive.
