Hello, i use a vBulletin forums with paid suscriptions, its use paypal IPN to proceed payments. Everything was fine since years until this morning, i check the IPN history on paypal and all the latest one show as "Retrying" in the details of the IPN there is no HTTP response code. I also checked connection logs on my server and im not having any paypal connection either since this morning. so look like a paypal issue not even reaching my server but the paypal status page says everything is up. do you know if there was any change in paypal ? am i alone ?
