Only able to view the forums by constantly changing IP address with a VPN?

We have a forum member who wrote:

"Something is wrong with your Vbulletin installation and/or the server. I am only able to view the forums by constantly changing my IP address with a VPN."

How can I get someone to visit our forum and verify whether or not our installation or our server supports what the member is claiming?

Disregard. I visited the link in your profile and although it requires registration to view the forums I can navigate without being booted out.

It must be something specific to that user's IP address. Do you ban user's by IP?

I PM'd you a temp user name and password. It might be when the member attempts to post a reply or post a thread.

He may have been using a mobile phone. I use a laptop.

I noticed in my admin dashboard some of the templates are showing failed (not sure if that would cause a member to use a VPN):

It's possible your server has identified his IP as a problem and is blocking it.

Is this a U.S. user?

I just logged in and was able to navigate without issues.

Yes, that may have been the issue. He may be choosing to use a proxy server or a VPN that is not all that stable. Thanks for your help

The only other possibility I can think of is if you're using CloudFlare it might block VPN IP addresses.
