I have no problem exporting my database from my local mySQL server 5.7.21 and then importing it into my host's mySQL server 5.6.32 but when I try to export from my host and import it again locally I get SQL format error.

Do I need to install 5.6.32 here locally or is there some other way?

How are you exporting this? The SQL text file should work both ways.

What is the error that you're receiving?

That isn't a vBulletin error. Nor does the image show what the actual problem is. We cannot provide support for PHPMyAdmin.

You should use the server's command line to make backups with the mysqldump utility and then use the mysql command to import the resulting SQL file.
