Vimeo embeds stopped playing about two days ago

vBulletin 4.2.3
A couple of days ago I found that Vimeo embeds created using the Insert Video button will apparently load but not play. Here's a sample...

Is it possible that this is a PHP incompatibility with Vimeo that might be resolved by an update to vBulletin 4.2.5?

It is more likely due to the fact that browsers now block Flash by default. Though as a guest I can't see the video in the topic above. Are you using the video tag in vBulletin, a third-party add-on, or custom BBCode? If you are using an add-on you should contact the author of the add-on. If you are using a Custom BBCode, you should switch to VIMEO's iframe embedding.

Thanks, Wayne. I've checked my browser Flash permissions and they are allowed for the site (and YouTube runs properly). I'm not sure why you can't see the issue for I changed the default permissions in Usergroups > Forum Permissions to allow unregistered users to see all the thread contents. Regarding the video, I'm using the video tags in vBulletin, no add-ons or custom BBCode. As I've been beating my head against this wall I discovered that about 2 in 10 of the Vimeo videos I had posted over the course of years will load, albeit a bit slower than normal. I think I'll give it a day or two and then holler for help from the developer who helped me set up the forum originally. He knows the software inside and out.
