Old Install Folder

I have found an old folder in Cpanel named public_html/forums/noinstal. It relates to an upgrade done prior to my current version. It contains folders for CMS/Includes and Instal and various other files.

I am assuming this should have been removed by the previous Admin but as I am two upgrades down the line, does it really matter?

I'd advise removing any files you don't actually need, especially any install or upgrade files and folders as those might contain your customer number or other sensitive information.
