vB4.2.4. - Problem deleting attachments

Please help me.

I updated vB 4.2.2. to 4.2.4., The update OK. But I still have a problem that I had in version 4.2.2. . The update did not resolve the problem.

I'm using the Storing in File system. Attachments are stored in the /doc folder in the root directory, CHMOD 777. Uploading the files to your server is OK.
The problem is deleting attachments: From the _attachment database table, the attachment information is cleared, but the attachment in the folder /doc is not deleted. Where to find a problem please?

Server PHP 5.6.20 , Mysql 5.0.11 , Safe_:Mode: off

They aren't deleted straight away. A clean up script will run and delete them.
